However, even though I am excited, I am also dreading the process of applying for the student teaching program. I have to take the Praxis I test (which costs about $200), get three letters of recommendation, write an essay about why I want to be a teacher, send in transcripts of every college grade I've ever gotten, including any concurrent enrollment credit I got in high school, get a background check that will be about $80, send in my grades, a copy of my class schedule, and what I plan to do to finish my schoolwork before my student teaching year. Plus probably other things that I can't remember because the list of things I have to do is ridiculously long. Sigh...
But other than that, I'm super duper excited. XD
